Personal counseling is available to assist students in distress.

Free short-term or crisis counseling is available to enrolled students. If long-term help is needed, students are referred to appropriate external resources. Difficult issues can get in the way of academic success. Trained and licensed staff can guide you in personal, social, and/or psychological matters such as depression, 焦虑, 创伤后应激障碍, 和悲伤. |
We can help you manage these issues, your responsibilities, and other personal situations.
All resources listed are free or low-cost and are available in Bexar and surrounding counties.
